daily life is often a battle, moving from one thing to the next with very little time spent just being. the Chinese concept of yin and yang is all about bringing balance to our lives, especially as our responsibilities grow with time. during yin yoga, we hold fewer postures for longer periods of time (2-10 minutes) to release tension and energy blockages. sometimes we have to move through discomfort to grow. the other side feels much better. get connected with yourself.
